Family Shabbat Evening

In additional to the regular Shabbat Morning Service, CJC schedules several Family Shabbat Evening services a year. These are usually festive affairs. They are designed to encourage children to actively participate in the service. Children lead prayers and songs; they show off what they learned in Hebrew School. Many Family Shabbats are following by festive dinners and other fun activities. Please check the calendar for the next scheduled Family Shabbat. They are an enjoyable way to welcome in the Shabbat Queen and start Shabbat on the right foot.
